Pregnancy Pilates
Pregnancy Pilates is for expectant mothers, focusing on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and gentle movements to support your physical well-being during pregnancy.
You can join Pregnancy Pilates from 12+ weeks. Once you have booked onto a class, you will receive a pregnancy health questionnaire to complete via email. If you already have a pilates or yoga practice, you can continue in your normal classes through your first trimester.
In this introduction video we will take you through a short variation of what to expect in one of our Pregnancy Pilates classes. We'll guide you through exercises that safely strengthen your core, improve spinal alignment (essential as your bump grows), and help maintain healthy joint mobility – all contributing to a more comfortable pregnancy and preparing your body for labour.
